Snapdragon Snippet in the Silhouette store – Labels

Hi this is Lissa to share a post with you about labels, these labels are named “for canning jar tops” in the store but you can use them for so much more.  These labels are from the Snapdragon Snippets Designs, Design ID #65834.  I was only able to show you one example on a card, you can use them on anything adding your own artwork fonts whatever you like.
Here are some of the other designs I used with the labels,  I drew some myself, (the pumpkin) I used some digital kits just a little of this and that, showing you how you can use them for labeling jars, having pretty things, cupcake toppers, even making sticker rewards for your kids.   I use the LD glossy photo sticker paper from Amazon and they print just beautiful.  They are suppose to be washable too!  I wished I could have used them in more samples but I ran out of time.   To much fun picking out the designs!  Here is a sheet I reprinted, can’t wait to use them I can even put them on scrapbook pages!

I hope you have enjoyed this post and the next time I see you it will be my last post!  The new team will be coming in and I will continue to enjoy the files I have used from this team!
Would love to hear your comments!

ALMOST TIME FOR SOME FOOTBALL!

Hi this is Lissa Marie here to give you some SnapDragonSnippits Design inspiration! You can find them in the Silhouette Store or also at SVG Attic! So my design here today is for my son. He has been working hard playing school ball and umpiring little league after the games he is 14 going into 9th grade. Then on June 2nd we had signed him up for Junior baseball, football, basketball and life was crazy! When I was in school 9th grade you were still a peon until the end of the year when you got your class trip. Nowadays if you are in sports and want to play football they have camp. So off to camp he went! The one our high school chose is about 7 hours away they are gone four days at a Boise State University. It was such excitement and so special. So when he got home I wanted him to feel special and that we missed him. (my daughter’s idea to make him the banner though) as usual I just took over! I used the football charms (Design ID #12453) in the Silhouette store and the Collegiate Letters (Design ID #13110) to make this. Cutting the collegiate letters in vinyl. Hanging it from a string. We actually had it in the living room when he got here but it went to his room today over our state’s team banner.WelcomeHome1

A little closer view, it was a cute little craft and he actually liked it! Now that is sayin’ alot coming from my boy who doesn’t like his mom to craft things to make him look different in front of friends! Now he is begging for flames on his baseball helmet!

WelcomeHome2

If I had more time I would have gotten much fancier but they were suppose to stop at the water park and come home around 10 that night but it rained and no water park, 5:00 pm he calls and said Mom I am almost home can you come get me? So this is what he got!

I am looking forward to the years of these college letters and numbers to use over and over again with both my kids. Just hope it encourages him to GO to college!

Do you have a way you could use these little sports charms or letters? If so I would love to hear about it!

Here is a close up of some of the files.  I left out the spout and handle believe it or not on the teapot but I decided that I really like it like this.  Maybe it can be a cookie jar 🙂  There is a handle on the cup but didn’t pay attention to detail,  I was in a hurry and did exactly what I advise people not to do in tutorials!

SDS Home Tweet Home

Hi, it’s been awhile since I have posted some great 3D paper crafts!  I surely have missed it much!  Last week I introduced myself as a new designer at www.3under3andmore.blogspot.com whom is merging with SVGAttic.com.  I would like to show you my first project.
I fell in love with these bird houses as soon as I saw them, they were so tweet!  I really enjoyed putting them together.  Knowing I had to use some old stash, I used DCWV Garden Party stack and it turned out very nice, new or old it sure worked here!  There are 3 houses in a set so keep your eye out for some more!

You can find this file at the SVG Attic, and see all 3 now!
Thanks for taking a peek!
